1.1. DSR Lanka Auto Trading (Private) Limited operates under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, with primary objects including the import, sale, and distribution of vehicle spare parts, machinery parts, and related automotive equipment.
1.2. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.1. Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display product descriptions, part numbers, compatibility details, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging, color, or minor cosmetic details may vary depending on manufacturer updates.
2.2. Compatibility Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the specific spare part, component, or machinery item is compatible with their vehicle make, model, year, or machinery specifications prior to purchase.
2.3. Stock Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after an order or inquiry is placed, we reserve the right to notify you and offer an alternative, delay shipment, or cancel the order.
3.1. Pricing: All prices quoted on the website or via official price quotations are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, foreign trade regulations, import duties, or market conditions.
3.2. Quotation Validity: Written quotations issued by DSR Lanka Auto Trading (Private) Limited are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
3.3. Order Acceptance: Receipts of an order confirmation or inquiry does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities at our sole discretion.
3.4. Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be received prior to dispatch or release of goods, unless prior credit terms have been formally executed in writing between the customer and the Company.
4.1. Delivery Locations: We deliver across Sri Lanka using registered courier services or our local distribution networks.
4.2. Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearances, adverse weather, or force majeure events.
4.3. Import Orders: Special import orders requested by customers are subject to specific lead times and non-refundable deposits, as outlined at the time of order agreement.
5.1. Inspection upon Delivery: Customers must inspect all delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5.2. Return Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

5.4. Warranty Coverage: Warranty terms for engine parts, machinery components, or accessories (if applicable) are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty policies or as specified on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damages arising from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

All content on dsrlankaautotrading.lk, including but not limited to logos, trade names, graphics, site design, text, software, and images, is the property of DSR Lanka Auto Trading (Private) Limited or its content suppliers and is protected under Sri Lankan and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, retransmission, or commercial exploitation of any material on this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Sri Lankan law, DSR Lanka Auto Trading (Private) Limited, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

9.2. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of goods from DSR Lanka Auto Trading (Private) Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
